Sound-Healing-Adventure Welcomes you to our regular venue. 7:30 – 8:30pm

Please visit and enjoy a meditative experience to calm the soul, connect with your higher self, improve metal health and overall wellbeing.

To get to the hall, if you are travelling through Thorpe Audlin, When you see the bit bus stop on the main road Turn right if coming from the Badsworth direction, (Photo above explains everything), then it’s about 400 yds on your left hand side.
You may ask “Why the change” – it’s cozy and warm. The Lawson hut by comparison is a wonderful large space, but it could be freezing.
On street parking is available but please be mindful of blocking driveways. The room should hold about 12 maximum lying down, we may be able to squeeze a few more in on seats.

Everyone welcome. Come and enjoy a relaxing meditative experience, let me take you on a journey of discovery, and self-realization.

You’ll need to bring the following items with you, a pillow, blanket and a yoga mat to lie on, if you feel more comfortable sitting this is perfectly acceptable. The sound bath lasts approximately 1 hour but may overrun slightly.
