Sound Bath – “Lakeside Creative Arts Centre” Newmillerdam, opposite the “Fox and Hounds” (WF2 6QQ)

Sound-Healing-Adventure welcomes you to an Evening of relaxation and meditation. Join us for an immersive experience in soothing sounds and vibrations designed to promote inner peace, mental health, and spiritual connection. This event offers an opportunity to calm your mind, connect with your higher self, and enhance overall well-being.

What to Expect: Experience a sound bath that will guide you into a state of deep relaxation and tranquillity. Allow the meditative sounds to facilitate self-discovery and realization, helping you to de-stress and recharge your mind, body, and soul..

What to Bring:

• A pillow
• A blanket
• A yoga mat or a comfortable chair (if you prefer to sit, this is perfectly acceptable)
• Unfortunately, we cannot provide these items as we are limited for space when travelling.

The sound bath lasts approximately one hour, with a possibility of a slight overrun.
