The Early morning Fog delayed what was going to be a great day. By 10:15 everyone was present. Michelle gave the Initial welcome, the introduction to  releasing what we were holding onto, what could and would occur over the next few hours.

By 10:30 we were heading to the Yoga Room, a vast space space carefully set out, colour coordinated so that the release breathwork could take place. Careful consideration taken to ensure that there was enough space between each person, not only so that Michelle, Lorraine and myself could move between them but also to be able to hold space whenever necessary.

Just over an hour of intensive breathwork, releasing anything and everything, “Intimidating, Amazing, Emotional, Educational, Inspiring” all the words to describe the process of release.

Lunch took us from about 12:00 through to just before 13:00. The chef catered for everyone, all vegetarian food, specialty being Nut roasted Aubergines.  “Wonderful”
