Ackworth, held the 3rd Wednesday of every month at the “Parish Rooms” Ackworth community centre, off Bell Lane (WF7 7JH) . Venue is the front downstairs room opposite the main office. There is space comfortably for 12 to 14 people. Sound bath starts at 7:30pm through to 8:45pm. Car parking is in a car park to the rear and front of the building as well as on street. Disabled access available at both front and rear doors.

What to expect: Experience a sound bath that will guide you into a state of deep relaxation and tranquillity. Allow the meditative sounds to facilitate self-discovery and realization, helping you de-stress and recharge your mind, body and soul.
What to bring:
- A pillow
- A blanket
- A Yoga Mat or comfortable chair (if you prefer to sit, this is perfectly acceptable).
The “Sound Bath” lasts approximately one hour but often overruns.
