Come and enjoy a relaxing meditative experience\, let me take you on a journey of discovery\, and self-realization. \nYou’ll need to bring the following items with you\, a pillow\, blanket and a yoga mat to lie on\, if you feel more comfortable sitting this is perfectly acceptable. The sound bath lasts approximately 1 hour but may overrun slightly. \nIt’s an experience you’ll enjoy\, Entry £15 on the door \nFully Accredited member of the CMA (The Complementary Medical Association). \nFully accredited member of the Angelic Reiki Association \nFull Accredited member of the BCMA \nWorking towards CNHC accreditation.
