Come and enjoy a relaxing meditative experience\, let me take you on a journey of discovery\, and self-realization.\n\nYou’ll need to bring the following items with you\, a pillow\, blanket and a yoga mat to lie on\, if you feel more comfortable sitting this is perfectly acceptable.
