This event offers an opportunity to calm your mind\, connect with your higher self\, and enhance overall well-being. \nLocation: St Nicholas Room – Selby Abbey \nWhat to Expect: Experience a sound bath that will guide you into a state of deep relaxation and tranquillity. Allow the meditative sounds to facilitate self-discovery and realization\, helping you to de-stress and recharge your mind\, body\, and soul. \nWhat to Bring: \n\nA pillow\nA blanket\nA yoga mat or a comfortable chair (if you prefer to sit\, this is perfectly acceptable)\nUnfortunately\, we cannot provide these items as we are limited for space when travelling.\n\nThe sound bath lasts approximately one hour\, with a possibility of a slight overrun. \nEveryone is welcome.
